Winona Health invites kids ages 6 to 11 to RSVP for Healthy Kids Club's 5th Birthday Bash. The free event will be Sunday, October 30, from 1 to 4 p.m. on the first floor of the Winona Clinic on the Winona Health main campus at 859 Mankato Avenue in Winona.
Healthy Kids Club launched in October 2007 to provide opportunities for children ages 6 - 11 to have fun, be active and learn the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The Healthy Kids Club 5th Birthday Bash features fun activities for kids ages 6 to 11 accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Activities will include:
• Meet pediatrician Sarah Lallaman, DO, and pediatric physician assistant Kristi Schulte, PA-C, for a teddy bear or stuffed animal clinic-bring a stuffed animal.
• Strength testing
• Safety information
• Giant bowling
• Make your own superhero mask
• Zumba
• Pumpkin decorating
• Spin the wellness wheel
• Costume parade
• Meet Herky from Winona Area Public Schools
• Meet Wazoo from Winona State University
• Play games
• And more!
